Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

As I am sat here alone in my room I can no longer smell myself.

But near the end of the work day I kept smelling a "sweaty shit smell" Is how I could describe it.

Now this was after I aggressively brushed a half impacted wisdom tooth.

I actually thought a colleague hadn't washed his behind but the smell was still there when I was sat talking to people. I don't know if they smelt it or it was just that I could taste. But anyway wisdom tooth out next for me. My sense of smell since Nasal surgery has improved. I gotta convince prick dentists to do this for me.

The other day I smelt feces and it wasn't bad breath smell it was like someone had literally shit their self. Now this was after a woman was in the area who I smelt shit on a few times before I started with this problem. But if that came from me that IS a gastro problem. But I hope not as my paranoia is just killing me thus far. Was that me??? Could that really be me. was that her? why was it when she entered and left the area I could suddenly smell it.

My old rule used to be "if i can smell it then it's not come from me". But I NEVER smelt that before ever. Maybe it was her, I hope it was as bad as that sounds.

I've been dairy free (including foods that could have been possibly prepared on the same equipment as foods that contain dairy) for almost 2 months now. I've noticed that I smell my breath a lot better than I could when I was consuming dairy. It smells like fart. You know those type of farts when you eat too much fiber? Those kind that smell like a boiled egg? That's what my breath smells like (I'm not sure if it's my system trying to rid of the dairy, or what). I also noticed that I can't smell my breath when at home, but when in other places (such as school) I can smell it really well.

If you don't mind me asking, where do you currently work?

I work in a huge room but I'm never confined to one space thankfully.

I'll just sometimes catch whiffs of a fart, or like a tonsil stone smell (have no tonsils though).

But today I was surprised the smell was from me. But it stuck with me even when I was away from the colleague I thought it was coming from.

But tuesday when I smelt that shit smell my heart sank, was that coincidence or was that me???

I do not have any gastro issues, no belching, no farting, no stomach pain, no acid reflux, non of that. Just PND, mouth and nasal odor. Nasal odor is stronger than mouth odor.

And to add my room NEVER stinks. I can be in here all day, go out shut the door come home hours later and it doesn't smell of anything. Only time I could actually smell anything bad was when I came back and my room smelt of sweaty gym clothing which wasn't there until I was in the room for a while.
