I was reading the sinus irrigation instructions, and one thing that I wasn't doing was squeezing the bottle with enough pressure to flush muscous and bacteria away. Tip your head sideways for part of the rinsing, to let the water run behind the posterior faucial pillars in the mouth, where overnight post nasal drip accumulates. In Christ, Mike
