I RUINED my tonsils with swabs

I just poked so much my tonsils with swabs that NOW my tonsils are ruined. They hurt when I touch them and so badly............ Now how can I take away my tonsils stones ever againnnnnnn? How will I clean it? It is already hurting for four days or five and I don't think the pain is going away so early. AHHHHHHH
