so u wanna get rid of white coating tongue. this will almost be a guaranteed to remove it for about a week. simply chew BIG RED gum take 1 chew for about an hour or 2 spit out and another one same proceducre chew about 3 and the next day scrape ur tongue. you will have a clean red tongue for the next week . always works for me. be aware the gum get real hot when you chew for long periods of times. this does not cure bad breath thought just gives you a nice red tongue for a week.
