it's more the sides of the mouth/throat just behind the molar area, and a wider range of area. Turn your left thumb upside down and then rotate its pad outward and use it to clean the left side of mouth/throat/roof of mouth's extreme left side. Don't leave any area uncleaned. Smell your thumbs to see where the bacteria are. In Christ, Mike
