Does anybody else have this problem? I've noticed that I get much more congested after talking of chewing gum. When my nose starts to feel congested, I blow really hard and usually nothing comes out even though I feel like there's something there. What is this? Sometimes I blow so hard to try to get a clear airway that there's a hole in the tissue! Even after all this very little comes out. When I'm lucky, very thick, sticky and clear mucus will come out. Does anybody else experience this and how is it related to bb?
When I stay to home and don't talk or chew gum, there is very little congestion. I can't figure it out. Can anyone help?

Congestion, sticky mucus after talking or chewing gum?
went to an allergist yesterday, and halfway thru the meeting, I'm not sure if it's the answer yet. She asked me questions about pollen, feathers, etc.
I have never had the usual allergies, so I really didn't know what to say other than my throat has discomfort and my breath odor has gotten severe over the last year. She's just like "hmmmm" As if she has Never come across this problem.
She wants me to write down the foods I eat, and come back... but I'm just not sure yet. I don't think I have allergy, but my health advocate suggested that I go this route.
I think I will do laser or have the tonsils out and then decide if I want to continue the allergist direction. The thing with tonsils is that it does not explain why my throat gets dry, and feels like saliva isn't flowing. No tonsil work will help that.
As a matter of fact, I'm not sure anything can cure that.
