Eczema, allergic to gold

I had eczema (atopic dermatitis) for a long time so I thought maybe it could be the problem.
Do you have a teeth-shaped dry tongue? The outer line of my tongue is shaped like teeth. The inner skin of my mouth is a little bit swollen, especially my left one which is touching my gold filling.
So any of you have these symptoms?
