BB due to gastrointestinal problems? Come share.

I recently read that if you have heavy sour breath(which I do), the origin is likely intestinal issues(stomach, liver, colon, etc). I'm going to see a doctor very soon to look at my symptoms but in the meantime, let's share our symptoms here(along with things you've tried that may or may not have worked).

I have:
-gas after eating
-sometimes bloating after eating
-burping after eating(read this shouldn't cause chronic bb)
-very soft and usually not well-formed stools
-1-2 bowel movements per day
-always feel hungry after eating

Likely thyroid/autoimmune related:
-very cold hands and feet
-hair loss lately
-always feel tired
-oily skin and some acne

I suspect I may have:
-low stomach acid which means my food just sits there undigested and getting rotten(I think Hungrygirl has this too and I think she's trying something for it)
-thyroid problem
-H. Pylori

I have tried:
-colon cleanse(only did it for two weeks, will do two more after parasite cleanse)
-currently doing parasite cleanse(HUMAWORM)
-chlorella
-spirulina
-vitamin c

I want to try:
-apple cider vinegar
-allergy testing(September)
-Master Cleanse(lemonade diet)
-liver flush
-kidney flush
-digestive enzyme(has anyone tried these)
-immuno supplement(also has anyone tried)
-endoscopy, colonoscopy(September)

I'm a healthy weight so my problems don't stem from being overweight. Please add to this list if you think your bb is gastrointestinal related.

Instead of doing all this home remedy crap better consult a real professional and have real tests would you? ;)
First find what health problems you have, follow the normal medical treatments and if nothing helps then try special diets, supplements or whatever instead of trial and error.

I get some of these symptoms at times. I feel heavy after eating. If I eat too much it feels like the food moves slowly.

do you eat dairy?

Elliot, I haven't had any dairy in over a month.

xoxo, I've been looking into oil pulling and will start next month once I have access to the right types of oil. Looks like it could have other health benefits even if it doesn't resolve my bb.

Noptical, I hope you're not seriously giving me grief for posting possible remedies for bb. Isn't this a place to share information?? There are many people who've gone the conventional medicine route and have not found relief since doctors aren't so great at figuring out our problem. Obviously seeing a doctor is the best thing to do if you have obviously physiological issues but not everyone has access to these specialists(I won't until the end of the month). In the meantime, it can't hurt to try whatever else is out there.

No I'm just trying to save you some stress and time. Complaining about bad breath and not doing anything about it will not help (yes "conventional medicine" is the same as not doing anything at this point because its a blind shot in the dark, especially when you don't know what problem you have). So first try to find out what's the problem with your health and then follow a treatment/diet/whatever. All this energy you will put into this would better be used the right way ;)
