Nasal irrigator Question

I just irrigated my nose w/ probiotics mixed in the water is it suppose to burn, and i dont know if it was a stone it was very small like the size of a hair follicle, could this come from my adenoid, i know its not from my tonsils b/c i dont get tonsil stones any more after taking probiotics

i don't have time to do a full irrigation, so whenever i get a free moment i'll run into the bathroom and sniff some water up into my nose and cough it out my mouth..
often it will burn when i sniff it up.. and it's just water.. so i wouldn't mind the burn if i were you

Add some salt or buy a saline solution.

YOu HAVE To add salt or it will burn
Add one small spoon salt per one liter of water

just straight salt or sea salt?
