Now I am looking for answers, a cure to end this nightmare because I am in highschool, 16 and it's so bad not being comfortable when talking to people. I've noticed that in the bus is when it's the worst, maybe because of low oxigen? Like people are literally changing seats from me it's so fucked.
One question: Are my lips dry because of Peroxide hydrogen? I have started gargling with it a few months ago and I think since then I got dry lips. I stopped gargling with it for a week but I still have dry lips, I drink lots of water if you're wondering.
Second: Is pulling oil/coconut oil a better temporary fix than the peroxide? I started using it, it gives me a fresh-neutral taste in the mouth like the peroxide but in the first day when I started I got a reaction from my brother, he asked me if I farted. Oh and by the way hydrogen peroxide stopped working for me, whenever I gargled with it I felt a burning in the throat and one day I got a ton of reactions. Especially from one of my friends he kept saying theres something really bad smelling although I couldn't smell anything. Maybe just a bad day?? I do not know.
Third: Sometimes when I change the environment like when I go from a classroom outside I get this very wierd smell like a gas or metal I do not know how to explain it, it kinda gives me the feel that my breath is stinking, whats up with that?
Forth: Is a tongue scraper useful? Like does it get rid of the white stuff or reduces the smell? I went to a local pharmacy I asked the lady for one and she was looking wierd at me and said they don't have it. Where do you guys get it from?

I've seen lots of people saying to remove the protein out of the diet but I literally can't, I am going to the gym and I need protein... I eat meat almost every 2 days if not everyday.
