I'd guess this one is a unique case, but...
I've been having slight neck pains, sort of where the neck meets the shoulders. It's not too bad, unless I try to stretch it. It's worse in the AM and pretty much fades away before the evening. It feels like I've been doing neck excersices... when after the 2nd day of good lifting, you feel a tightness. I thought it might be something from the gym, but that muscle pain only lasts 2-3 days. Not to mention, I don't do neck!
Anyway, I know it's the sinuses. It's the same area that you feel tingle when you irrigate the sinuses. My situation must be worsening, or becoming more obvious, if the discomfort is spreading that far.
Also, today my throat had been feeling very dry and painful, more than usual at that time of day. I had the urge to try and hack up mucous, did it over the sink, and notice tiny spots of blood! I think my tonsils were abraised somehow. That's what it felt like anyway.
+ with the horrible digestion I had after lunch today! Felt like my entire sandwich got stuck in my chest...arrggh
