What works for silent reflux

Hi everyone,
What have you all tried for reflux, please can you give me recommendations and names of products you used that either did or didn’t work to reduce your reflux.
I have been suffering from a sore throat recently and I know dairy makes it worse. I am currently on a dairy free diet although it’s only my second day I’ve already noticed a reduction in my sore throat.

Betaine hcl 650mg with pepsin.

I've tried betaine hcl before but i keep having sores. So i discontinued my use.

Hi guys so I’m still in the same situation... I have to wait till first week of November before I can get any medical help. I will firstly make an appointment with EnT and ask if he can see any thick phelgm stuck in my throat or any other reason that maybe be contributing to my bad breath.
After that I hope to get an appointment with a Gasteriologist. Can someone give me advice on what I should say to the ENT when I see him? I am going through private healthcare so I need to make most of each appointment. Is there any particular terminology, treatments or check up I should request . I had my tonsillitis removed but my bad breath is still there

I’m going to be honest but I don’t feel comfortable talkng on a WhatsApp group. Does that mean all you guys will not longer chat on this forum?
