Does anybody think it’s a deviated septum possibly causing their problems? Less oxygen flow through a nasal passage could cause infection/bacteria growth in nose and back of throat correct ? It also can cause people to breathe through their mouth at night which would cause bad breath.

Deviated septum itself would not cause any prob for sure..unless it makes u mouth breath..or its obstructing some mucus flows..or developing any large polyps etc..which all will be seen on CT scan..
If u think u dont have proper airflow, u can try breathing exercises/yoga n see if u have any diff
