stain on chest

hey does anyone have a stain on chest?a "red" stain at the spot where ribbs come together, middle of the body...
please answer..

shows a good picture of the area. btw thanks tiredofit for the exercise pressing on the chest/rib area to push the hernia down. ima keep trying it.
