Look after your mental health!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to post something after reading through some of the top posts. Being someone who once had almost lost all hope just because of this condition and I also quit my first job because of this condition i wanted to share something with everyone.
This is a very long journey we are all having and yes it is a pain in the backside to deal with on a day to day basis. But please do not lose hope and do not let it affect your mental health too much.
Your mental health is the most valuable thing that you have, once that starts to deteriorate, everything starts to go bad.
None of us chose to have this undiagnosed medical condition but we can choose how we react and deal with the situation.
Just remember, technology is advancing every single day in all fields, 0 to 5 years or even 10 years from now who's to say that they won't create something that can banish bad breath, of course they can. Patience is the game.
Also, a lot of people have it worse, think of people living in 3rd world countries or war zone countries where literally any day could be your last.
Yes it is a humiliating condition to have but i can think of plenty of actually harmful and dangerous/life threatening medical conditions that one could have instead.
So never lose hope, you'll have good days and bad days, learn to love yourself and do things that make you feel good and look after your mental health.
And please do not take other people's comments or actions with a grain of salt!!! They know nothing about your life and what you've been through or what you're dealing with. As long as you have good oral hygiene, a good diet and are researching about cures in your spare time or seeking medical advice, you are doing your best and thats all anyone can do.
Stay strong and patient my people.
