I went to see a dietitian today and I am now beginning a strict elimination diet for the next 6 weeks.
I have already given up gluten and that will continue for a minimum of 11 months.
I have also reduced my dairy - which I am eliminating as of tomorrow also.
I will see my dietitian again in 3 weeks, I am not sure what to expect - in fact she said my symptoms will likely get worse.
But by 6 weeks there should be a marked improvement. I will keep everyone updated, I hope this is my personal cure - or really, my guide to finally managing my goddamn bb.

I am not going to get any blood tests for sensitivity at this point, there is too much conflicting material on whether or not it's helpful, so I'm doing it the 'hard' way.
These are the only things I am allowed to eat for the next 6 weeks, if I have trouble I can call my dietitian up for help.
Pears - Bartlett, Packham, Bosc or William (not Nashi or any strong flavoured ones)
Canned or fresh is ok
Rice - all types - but I eat brown but my dietitian wanted me to get some with added Quinoa, so I did.
Potato - white, peeled
Iceberg lettuce
bamboo shoots
beans - french, butter, string or snake
bean shoots
Brussels sprouts
Celery
Chives
Choko
Leek
Mungbean sprouts
Shallot
Swede
chives
Chicken (no skin)
lamb
beef (only fresh)
Rabbit
White fish - bream, flathead, Ling, perch, snapper, whiting
crab
lobster
calamari
sea scallops
natural oysters
mussels
Eggs

berlotti beans
butter beans
canellini beans
chick peas
haricot beans
lentils - brown, yellow
lima beans
lupin
mungbeans
red kidney beans
soup mix (lentils and beans together)
soya beans
split peas green or yellow
white beans
Raw cashews
poppy seeds
parsley
salt - all types
bi-carb soda
cream of tartar
gelatin powder
carob powder
ghee
margerine
canola oil
rice bran oil
safflower oil
sunflower oil
Rice milk
decaffinated coffee
That's it, the whole list. 6 weeks starting today... some of that stuff I don't even like.
Anyway, it's there if you also want to try it. If I don't get results my dietitian will help me figure out which of the allowed foods is still giving me trouble.
I also need to keep a diary about what I eat, at what time, and if I get any reactions at all.
