this explains what the cause might be.

IF the stomach is the cause than the bb would not be constant.

If the sinuses are the cause thn the smell would be stronger from nose than from mouth

If the mouth is the cause than bb increase when talking, increase when open our mouth ...................

They are all related in some way. It could be that most of us for instance have a sinus infection and GERD and maybe some more causes, which is making our bb the worse of the worst.

great article but they dont really tell you what to do if the problem is your stomach odors going up to your mouth
