Stop eating carbs ..bread spaghetti pizza pies donuts croissants sugar sweets And other crap... eat meat vegetables take enzymes AND pills oregano ...after almost 38 years of this hell for the first time I have 70% success

How long did it take to see improvement.was ur bb room filling?

Yes my bb was felt in the whole room..
I needed for about a month to see difference

Of course both..our problem is in the intestines, everyone who has the smell of feces has a problem with the intestines, carbs are very difficult to digest and stay in the intestines for hours

What exactly is your diet? Would you tell me the vegetables or fruits you eat?

I eat everything except the listed things. I eat meat, potatoes, salads, fruit
( not much )milk lactose-free.. enzymes with every meal, and oregano tablets once or twice a day.

But potatoes are full of carbs that's not low carb

there are healthy and unhealthy carbohydrates...refined carbohydrates are prohibited, others are allowed
