Im 25F at the moment and ive had halitosis as long as I can remember. I had crooked teeth and I thought that could be the reason, put braces, nah - didnt help. I also flossed my teeth every night and cleaned my tongue with NaCl because its white coated, was better but also didnt helped. My mom had stronger stomach acid so I started to take Pantoprazol, a little bit helped but the smell still remained. Every time I flossed, the floss stank and I didnt know why. Like, I cleaned it night before, how could it be that it stinks after just one day. I was at the dentist, he told me my teeth are very healthy. I was really devastated but my mom told me that her friend rinsed her nose in the sea every morning when the water is clear, she did that because after her vacation, she required sinus surgery. Also after a few days of rinsing, she had some pus coming out of her nose and mouth. When she came home doctors couldnt believe, everything was fine and she didnt need surgery anymore. So I decided that I should try that too. I used water and salt, sometimes I put baking soda and rinsed my nose with it(nasal irrigation, sinus flush). Its been a few days and I dont have halitosis anymore! Dear God, when I floss it didnt stink! Im shoked! Please guys just try it at home, maybe its your problem too.
just make sure that you use distilled water

I found a cure!! (for myself)
Re: I found a cure!! (for myself)
What type of water did you use distilled water to rinse with, and did it burn when you rinsed with the salt water, I read some where you shouldn’t use regular salt because of the iodine properties. What type of salt did you use and how long did you rinse before you notice a difference in your BO?
