but what if the bb comes back? why did you have to retest? so you send urine and poop?the_winter_soldier wrote: ↑Sun Sep 08, 2024 12:10 pmYes Germany, the Genova test was 400 euros, the treatment plan was around 300 euros, for the retest i went with a cheaper option with medivere 170 euros so 870 in total, but now looking back i wish i didn't cheap out and just got the Genova test again since they have a very detailed result.Jimi Stein wrote: ↑Sun Sep 08, 2024 11:25 am so where did you get tests? germany? how expensive was it all?

Oh my goodness, that sounds exhausting! You must be so relieved to finally have found your cure.
So do you think that getting tonsils removed is not a solution even if there are tonsil stones?

I honestly never heard a single person get cured from tonsillectomy, but it does help in the elimination process, just to have that peace of mind. My guess is that you can regularly clean you tonsils and see if bb improves, if it does then get the tonsiloctomy.

Yeah, and usually if you’re getting tonsil stones it signifies that something else isn’t going right with your body, so removing the tonsils still leaves behind those others issues.
I’ve been taking Vit D3 + K2 for the past couple of weeks, also cut out dairy, and I do see an improvement with the stones, however there is still a sort of milky liquid coming out of my tonsils, and even if the vitamins stop stones from forming, I’m worried that there are stones deep in there that I can’t get to, which will just remain there forever, causing my breath to stink. Do you think old stones eventually disintegrate on their own after some time? It seems like a better idea to stop the tonsil stones, rather than do do a huge surgery.

@the winter soldier,
Did you do a Bristle or any oral tests or just the stomach test? I have done Sibo, Hpyloria, and Endoscopy and nothing showed up. But I did have high bacteria in the gum line on the Bristle test so I don't know if I should do the Genova test as well. Thank you for posting and your story definitely helps and gave a new perspective. I'm going to start testing and trying things on me because I have been shooting in the dark for 12 years.

Which of these do you think was causing the bb?
Re: How I Got Cured of a 10 Year Chronic Bad Breath
This treatment sounds interesting, and I'd like to give it a try. I'm curious how many people have tried it in the past few days and experienced improvements in their condition. I'd be grateful if others could share their experiences.

hi, I'm very happy to read, that there is still hope for all of us.
Could you tell me please more about your diet, you mentioned? I already tried several times to avoid sugar and it seemed that it helps, but after some weeks I get angry about my BB and than I eat every sweets I get...
Was the diet on the plan you got from the lab or did you start it on your own?
anddid you takethe vitamins ect.till your BB was gone or do you still use some of them?
enjoy your new life, hope I can do it too some day!
