Hi Mike, I had to reply to you because your diet is very conducive to "feeding" the candida. The fungus/yeast candida thrives on anything with yeast (like bread) as well as sugar, wheat and FLOUR. So cereal would definately "feed" the candida. Same with candy, etc. Processed food...
