Welcome to the forum! I think we've all felt that way at one point or another, in fact I still do occasionally, but what would that solve? Let me start by saying that if indeed you have halitosis(bad breath), and it sounds like you do from the desperation. Simple cleaning and mouthwashes will not wo...

I know how you feel, while I am 100% certain I have halitosis my girlfriend, family, and close friends insist I do not smell. Yet at work I get the reactions and nose rubs etc. I've come to this conclusion: I will have my ups and downs mentally with or without bad breath. The important thing is that...

I was on 20mg and we went up to 40, while on 20mg I was still eating whatever I wanted and drinking tons of caffeine. Which is probably why I saw no improvements. While I don't I can be cured 100% per se, considering reflux isn't necessarily "curable". I think that sticking to the diet and...

UPDATE today I was sent to another ENT specialist by my primary physician.. We discussed my ct results and discussed some possible causes and he listened to me before examining. Upon examination he determined that I have silent reflux and THIS is why I have halitosis. I have already been taking omep...

The best thing you can do is first eliminate as many "common" causes as you can. Mouth(tooth decay, wisdoms, gum disease, etc) Sinuses(ct scan, sinusitis, PND, nasal obstruction, etc.) Tonsils(tonsil stones, enlarged adenoids, surgery if necessary) After eliminating these issues would be t...

@staystrong.. It seems you have found your underlying cause, which is more than most of us can say. Have you had any relief when sticking to the choline diet? Also do you have nasal bb? I'm very interested in tmau as well, I watched a clip where the woman was about 30 and she developed tmau around a...

Misunderstood what was written, I apologize for insulting you. I'm still skeptical of anything that can be bought over the counter, something that will not fix my problem permanently in my opinion is a waste of money and resources. Not to say u haven't tried almost all of it...currently I'm not usin...

I haven't used any mouthwash except for salt water swishing for quite some time now. For people like us it's my opinion that mouthwash does more harm than good. My tongue is much healthier, and doesn't feel quite as much like sandpaper. Lets be honest, mouthwash doesn't do much for our odor anyway, ...

Update, probably the last one for a while... Today was just as bad as any day I can remember bad breath wise. I had to get a haircut( which I hate doing) and it was so embarrassing. Then I was outside playing golf with some friends, OUTSIDE, and I was getting reactions. I was very uncomfortable and ...

@sadmum- I was only given amoxicillin, which didn't work for me the last time I was given it. My question is this. Amoxicillin kills aerobic bacteria, but most bb is caused by anaerobic bacteria. Does this mean we have some sort of chronic infection somewhere in our bodies? I do know this, I will ta...

UPDATE Yesterday was a good day. Today however not great. While my bb is certainly about 75% better I can sense it starting to come back a little, I can smell it, not sure of others can but I definitely smell it at times. Tongue still pink, mouth is moist and doesn't feel dry, but I just have a bad ...
