You go billie, you're on the right track with your way of thinking, you are the kind of person who takes charge of your life, because you DO want to live BB free, and you will. It amuses me that people will rather live with BB and wait for a scientific "proof" instead of trying what might ...

I dont breathe through my mouth, i use humidifier at night, but my nose/throat are still dry in the morning. My environment is nothing more or less than many other people that are alright. Why then? Agree with halitosisux, this can't be generalized so easily. A cure for chronic and maybe medically c...

Totally with you on it Ali! There are many things that are not good for people, some are bad for everyone (countless food items that lead to obesity, skin breakouts, cholesterol etc). So basically the cure is a lot to do with staying away from such foods. I view this connection between BB and Ali's ...

iva, if a doctor would tell me im not dairy intolerant, but in practice when i eat dairy i would have bb and not such a clean feeling in mouth, and more sinus issues (and probably skin issues are result of food intolerances), i would not care what doctors tell me and would do what feels better for me.

Soya products are wonderful. Pricey but worth it

You`ll only be cured if you can eat or drink anything without having bb That will never happen for some people. Thats why food allergies and intolerances exist. Then you make a choice to either live with BB or cure your intestines from having to process something that is not good for you. We arent ...

i agree, gargling with xylitol removes watery "normal" saliva, makes mouth dryer, and since xylitol is alcohol the result makes sense then.

What are your eating habbits like. This information alone is important part of the curing process but the next important thing I would say is dieting bbreathking, why dont you just explain the diet that cured you, why do you need to ask questions what a member eats. there are many members and they ...

Ahmet, While i agree that this forum has people who have fixed their BB but are still obsessing over it thus are not able to evaluate their breath for what it is, and suffering from halitophobia. Then there are people who HAVE a medical issue they can not get a grip on, depending how serious and chr...

Its very easy to start feeling despair and dejection when repeated efforts to deal with such a problem seem to fail time and time again. And reading stories and cases of people seemingly unable to find the cause to their problem will further add to this. But BB is usually a curable problem for most...
