Any experience with allergy attacks? :(

Post by clara0 »

Hi everybody
I give you a very brief history of my goddamn allergy please if you have any experience in this help me...I feel miserable really.

I have had allergy attacks since 3 years old or even younger. allergy attacks including severe runny nose, fever, bodyache headache etc like a real bad flue.
Every time the reaction happens they give me sinus infection since I have a polyp in my nose that prevents the mocus from coming out.and then bb gets 100% worse and the nightmare comes back:(

I have been on drugs for it for many many years until I discovered that I should dtop dairy, I stopped it and my allery attacks almost gone.
But, I realized recently that when I eat meat(including chicken or fish) even a tiny amount...allergy attacks come back...

I had been mainly on 80% raw vegan diet for the past 3,4 weeks and no allergies what so ever and bb reduced dramatically but I am only 43 kilos, severely underweight and weak so my weakness made me eat some small amount of meat and no it is the second day that I suffer from the attack, I had alredy finished 2 box of tissue and feel miserable...l feel pain again in my forehead...can somebody help me?please.whenever my bb gets better these allergy attacks come again and the bb curse started from the very first point :((

You need to forget BB for a while and build yourself up and then go through some proper allergy tests. Your doctor may be able to help you to control your allergies with medications until you are able to discover and manage whatever the things are that you are specifically allergic to.

@ halitosisux : Thanks for the advice, I have been to the specialists for many many years taking daily antihistamines and athma sprays for years.
But I have totally lost my trust to them, when I stoped eating dairy in summer, my allergy stoped after many many years, none of those doctors never told me that I should stop some food etc since then for the first time I stoped all the medecine but it seems that my body again has started to react to sth, maybe it is because of spring but I doubt since I have been at home for several days.
By the way, the medecine worsen my bb, it dries everthing.

You're welcome.
An allergy specialist would have put you on an elimination diet to try to identify any food types which you are allergic to, so if you havent seen this type of specialist this is what you need to do as soon as possible. If your allergies are so bad, you probably also need more powerful treatments to manage your allergies such as steroid nasal sprays or steroid medications like prednisone/prednisolone.

Its also probably worth experimenting with different antihistamines because some dry you out more than others and some are more effective on different allergy symptom types than others.

In your raw vegan diet you need a source of protein, you can found the less coline in egg white (not yolk) and chicken without skin.

Egg, white, raw, fresh (1 cup).
- Choline 2.7mg
- Tryptophan 304mg
- Methionine 969mg
- Cystine 697mg

Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, meat only, cooked, fried (1 unit 52g).
- Choline 49.9mg
- Tryptophan 203mg
- Methionine 481mg
- Cystine 223mg
