congrats. but do you mind posting continual for a month or so? I know that sometimes a 'cure' only lasts a few weeks or so. I'm hoping for the best though.

also, did you start peroxide with the probiotics at the same time or have you used peroxide before? and if you did, i'm guessing ...

Some background. Male, early 20s.

The first 4 pictures are from my first blood test. They noticed that I had low WBC and some other stuff, so I retook it and the results are on the last picture which shown it has stabilized. I still wonder why my WBC were low though....

i find the taking ACV ( 1-2 tablesppoons) after a meal helps a lot. i dont know if it increases the acid in my stomach or decreases it, but 50% is gone. doesn't last forever and im still looking for the main cause.

I have looked throughout the forum and i don't believe no one mentioned this earlier. why not take antibiotics and then probiotics during/after the treatment.? It seems so simple to me. I mean I've seen people say they get temp relief from antibiotics and then bb comes back, but they didnt go on ...

put your head into your shirt without breathing and smell normallly. then let a big deep breath into your shirt as long as you can. then smell. if theres a bad difference then yah..

also put your finger on your tongue, dry it a little bit and then smell.

i was on a no refined food diet for a while, recently went back to eating normal. had an increase in tonsil stone, but not too bad. food is great haha.

im gargling with GSE and sipping on acv do get the inflammation or watever is away. i dont think i FEEL sick, but i've had these for a long ass time so normal is unknown

yeah but mine doesnt have squishy white stuff or hard stones. it's this white maybe plaque stuff that doesn't come off. im pretty sure its not normal to have these.

at the same time, i think bb is coming from my tongue.

i'd like to note that my breath is not really really bad. its just...bad. and it gets bad after about an hour. so on my right tonsil (the one to your left) it looks like it has some white stuff on it. it's been there for as long as i can remember.

im trying it too. thanksgiving sort of screwed me over. i tried to only have turkey and mashed potatoes and veggies but who knows where the gluten is. there's dairy in mashed potatoes which your supposed to stay off of at first. then the turkey was stuffed.....blah....

yes i think it has something to do with it. do you think its all grains or just gluten stuff?

because i see like, cereal that is gluten free, but i still am unsure if its the gluten or the grain. so im staying aaway from both. ill let u know
