If you have BB and tonsil problems.. suck it up and get it removed. It's really no big deal.

But a lot of this is consistent with bacteria. You drink alcohol. It dries the mouth allows for bacteria overgrowth. People complain of shit breath 15-30 minutes later. Same with eating everything. I guess possible, but not likely 95+ percent of people even on his forum have their problem solely in the oral cavity. The "shit" bacteria are on the back of your tongue and your tonsils too!

I'd add looking into TMAU and other metabolic disorders. There's a good support forum on bodyodorsupport.com for people with breath and body odor problems. TMAU can be subjective. It may explain why some people can notice your odor (objectively confirm), while others really can't. Why it comes on ...

Make sure you are tongue scraping using a metal tongue scrap, rinse with hydrogen peroxide and water afterwards. Do you have any impacted wisdom teeth? Think logically, maybe it's metabolic like TMAU. Everything must be considered! We'll get through this!

It's tonsiluar fluid that normally comes from infected or inflammed tonsils. if you have that gunk getting on you're tongue and you have bb that might be your cure. get your tonsils out.

Smoking will dry the mouth and cause bad breath and a tonsillectomy is one of the sure fire way to avoid badbreath from the tonsils, but for now use a qtip to remove those stones and use a tongue scraper on your tongue after you're done brushing your teeth.

same here. i always wondered if it was bb salvia or dead skin cells and something like tmau causing the odor, but since my condition has improved lately i'm not sure. could also be some nasty dirt and grim and bacteria under there, that can't be hygienic.
