I Think i have Halitosis from birth too since i think i was noticed & people started commenting when i was 10 yrs old. may be it slowly started developing earlier but it wasn't strong enough to notice.
I see the same case in my kid, now being 10 yrs old, its quiet noticeable & people can comment ...
