I'm not sure, I just get the mixed nuts from planters or from the local ralphs.

I definitely smell better after eating some mixed nuts.

maybe it's because magnesium or calcium absorption is improved by taking one with the other, i'll keep trying it for a few more weeks then report

I've been taking it for over two weeks now and it's helped reduce the odor. I take two 400mg tablets twice a day.

I suggest if you want to try it to only take one 400mg tablet per meal otherwise you get diarrhea. I also recommend the magnesium chloride it's suppose to work best, I haven't tried it ...

Cardio for sure helps, it does depend on the person and the type of cardio though. Jogging/running probably has the best effect.

I have the crazy belief that jogging 30+ minutes 4-7 times a week can cure bb.

I'm starting to jog daily for 20 to 30 minutes, I'm wondering if anyone else does also and if it has helped.

I can only comfortably hold my breath for 25 seconds after breathing out.

best way to react to the reactions is by feeling your entire body and relaxing your breathing.
