still have it , no cure yet , but controlling it - somewhat - using baking soda and peroxide ,

did it happen , plz giv details....

@ arawrebirth20 , hey man don't despair , you were really lucky have a girlfriend that didn't mind the BB problem.
I am married and my wife says she loves me but she always moves her face away when i get close enough to kiss.
Incredibly we have a normal sex life but no kissing etc.

you need to make sure you do the lick test properly.
one of the best ways is to take your long finger all the way to the back of the throat, and i mean , as far back as possible , rub it hard against the back of the tongue - then - wipe a small amount of saliva from that finger onto your wrist ...

i had actually been using baking powder from the time i have been on this website and really it made no difference.

I will start on bicarb of soda asap ,

I am in the U.K and am unsure what baking soda is.
Can someone please tell me if its Bicarbonate of Soda or Baking powder.

i have been doing lick tests and smelling the back of my tongue now for about a week since treatment stopped.
results were positive no smell at any time.

However,
last night,i noticed the same BB smell from the back of my tongue - before i started the antibiotics.

And it seems more stronger today ...

thanks guyz for the advice,the problem is that the BB has been there during treatment and after , so i am still not cured .
The thing that bugs me is my tongue and saliva no longer smell,I test my self daily many times , I only pick a very , very , faint odour if my mouth is really dry - and it ...

@ thanatos , rub the back of your tongue really hard , then smell it , does that stink or is it neutral like your saliva?

@ sux , been about a week now,since treatment finished,my ton gue is now more cleaner,has absloutely no odour at all , even if i rub really hard against the back as far as my fingers can reach and saliva is always neutral .
Coffee , etc has zero effect on the smell of my tongue,
This alone has made ...

My breath truly stank , my saliva always stank , and my tongue was horrible stinky smelling too.
i thought this was the life i was always going to have - BUT - recently i tried 2 antibiotics , metrozandole and flucazonole .

After treatment ,
MY tongue has no smell whatsover even right down the ...

just to let u know , people cough from me too , at least 4 metres away,so i keep as far to the other side as possible and hold my breath for a few secs.

The worst story from someone else I've heard is that a guy in a club said to them "You have the worst breath I have ever smelt! That's so f**king rude. I've never had anyone be that blunt and upfront.
