Ok, sorry, I got a bit confused LOL. So, all you do is literally gather up some saliva in your mouth and spit it into a container, leave it in a warm room for a couple of hours and then smell it. So, if somebody didn't have bad breath - it would still smell? Once again, thanks for the reply. I reall...

Hey macks. Good luck with the guy you're dating. In regard to trying to cover up your breath - if you have already been on a few dates, then he HAS smelt your breath. Ofcourse he has. If you've been sitting close to him, or maybe not even that close, it would be virtually impossible for him not to o...

thanks for the reply. I think I may as well go to the dentist then. that experiment with the container sounds like a good idea. If after leaving it for a few hours and it didn't smell at all, then would that say for sure that you do not have bad breath? and vice versa, if somebody who did not have b...

Hi. dentyl PH mouthwash is really good. It's alcohol free so doesn't dry out your mouth escalating the problem but instead actually removes bits of debris and bacteria. you can actually see in the sink what has been removed. i use aquafresh extreme clean toothpaste which is probably the best one i'v...

hi everyone. so i've been reading about quite a lot of people being cured by having wisdom teeth removed etc. on the right side of my mouth, i have like a lump kinda thing where my wisdom tooth should be. i can feel it with my mouth and i'm sure it's been there for a few years. i'm only 18 and can't...

Hi, i totally know what you're going through. just humiliating and awful. its great that you've managed to get an appointment for an endoscopy as this can show you so many reasons for bad breath. one thing you haven't mentioned trying is an intolerance experiment. lots of people experience bad breat...

Well done :) I know how hard it is to actually make a doctors appointment and talk to somebody about it as it's such an embarassing subject. A cause that doctors rarely, if ever, mention, is food intolerances, particularly dairy. If you haven't already then I would suggest you trying to go completel...

Hi Mitc. If bad breath goes away when avoiding milk then that pretty much means you are lactose intolerant, which is a well known cause of bad breath. If people have not already tried going lactose free then they should definitely try it. This involves avoiding every single trace of lactose. People ...

Great post halitosux :) You're so right in the fact that bad breath IS curable. There is a reason for every single case of bad breath. For some members on this website I do believe that they're suffering from halitophobia and so we should all ask ourselves has anybody ever directly told us that we h...

Hi Zhanglove. I totally know how you feel. Everything you say, I can relate to. I would just like to ask, how do you know that you have bad breath that can be smelt '150 feet' away? It is so easy for this stupid thing to get a real hold on you and for you to blow it right out of proportion. By no m...

Hi everyone. Recently I was just exploring my mouth and pressed against my tonsils. I then got a pure fecal taste in my mouth. I have done it again a few times and the same thing has happened. I do not appear to have any tonsil stones, well not that I can see of. Can they be hidden? Anyway, I was wo...
