Have you actually done EVERYTHING I've listed? Do you brush for at least 4 minutes? How long have you used a neti pot with saline water? Do you have a pink tongue with no white coating?

Please follow what I have outlined in my earlier post, to the T, for over 2 weeks. See what happens. Remember, to the T. The neti pot is very easy, just use salt.

Girliegirl - good to hear you've started on Zantac. If your bb is very severe, you may want to take 300 mg per day for the first few weeks. It would also be advisable not to take anything else at the same time - never know how two things react.
