Have you actually done EVERYTHING I've listed? Do you brush for at least 4 minutes? How long have you used a neti pot with saline water? Do you have a pink tongue with no white coating?

Please follow what I have outlined in my earlier post, to the T, for over 2 weeks. See what happens. Remember, to the T. The neti pot is very easy, just use salt.
