So The first Thing you should do its a nose ct scan. If there are nothing wrong mean that the problem come from the stomach. Superior endoscopy,addominal ct scan and an intestinal endoscopy will tell you the cause of your bad breath.
Halitosis can have many reasons,stop cheese ...

This mean that you have some problem with the stomach. Banana and menthol tea can help a little,cheese(and a lot of foods) can make it more bad than normal it is.

Hey man,is badam not badum i wrong to write.
You also need e vegan diet + white pasta ( pasta without nothing in) one time at day+one banana.No sugar no coca cola no nothing(i drink just menthol tea everymorning because i stop with coffe and this is better,btw in some ppl can increase the reflux ...

You can try but i think that first you should do a ct scan if there are something wrong they will help you,chirurgical or with treatament you will be cured. If there are nothing your problem ...
