for me it is important to use a towel (and not just a rag).
With a towel i get more "erosion" on the tounge because of the towels rough surface.

I dont use toothpaste. But i also clean my tounge with my touthbrush after using the towel.

i am a bit confused about the using of aspirin AND Pepto Bismol. Are both used for the same kind of BB (Type 1)?

I am suffering of Type 1 and here in Germany i can not get Pepto Bismol.
