Try eating only fruits and vegetables and water for 1 week..you can even have %100 juice. Just try it...what could it hurt?

My experience is....you should try to avoid animal product proteins...no, it doesnt go away over night. Beans have protein, etc. Are you eating raw (uncooked or lightly cooked vegetables)?

it's the protein in the cheese.....the vsc's use the protein to produce the odor.....veggies and water

You hit the nail on the head....there was a post earlier about going raw...raw foods, fruits and vegetables...and i have noticed that i don't get reactions at all, even before i've brushed my teeth.....because vsc's use protein they live off of it....we can starve them or prevent them from using ...

Whoever is interested in going "raw" should go for it.Try it for yourself and see what results it brings. Then you'll know first hand if it works for you or not. I can't see harm coming from eating healthier food......I mean, is eating the alternative to healthy food helping???
