Yes, I tried sugar-free diet when this idea was 1st introduced to this site 3 yrs ago. I stayed with it for almost one month, but no improvement at all, n in fact I felt like my fecal bb worsened during that time ...

k, i hav been browsing this site for couple years now (yea, i know, my account status doesnt look like, but i m not like those 'newbie' you hav seen). anyhow, now i just wanna share some of my opinions about the root of chronic bad breath.

i think wat mjump5 meant was dat we should stay positive w/ our situation. i once saw an article sayin dat ppl's mental state can affect/worsen ur bb level, so i think mjump5 got a very good point.

just one quick question. I noticed that hydrogen peroxide 3% is very harmful if u swallow it. i wonder if it's true? and how u guys managed to use it?

ps. i brought one from shopper drug mart (canada), which is used for minor wound, and it's called hydrogen peroxide usp from LIFE drug company.
