yeah thanks for the advice..i tried the hydrogen peroxide and tongue scraper and brushed tongue with salt and my bb is gone but because of going through this for like 4 years im dreadfully scared to speak into peoples faces..any one help?

after searching for quit a bit i found that my problem was the build up of soo much bacteria on my tongue, my tongue is always mostly coated even after i brush and scrape it, any ideas on how to remove bacteria and white stuff from tongue?
