Increase in BB shortly before and during menstruation

Women who have bad breath problem often experience an increase in bad breath shortly before and during menstruation. This is another indication that the liver plays an important role in halitosis. The liver is the organ that eliminates estrogens. Shortly before menstruation, estrogens are at their highest levels in the menstrual cycle. The liver has to work harder to eliminate the extra hormones. As a result, any weakness in the liver would be intensified.

There's gotta be a hormonal influence, especially as most of us got a chronic problem during puberty.... & it's well-known that it gets worse for girls during their period...

How can we find out more about hormones & bb?

How are u doing?

It's organic sunflower oil for me now.. am done with coconut..

I still get some PND.. but not much. When I first started I have to stand at the sink for 15-20mins just to clear PND after OPulling.

Assuming you are still OPulling:
Listen to your body.
Do you have a shaper tastebud?
Increase in energy and softer hair?
These are some of the changes I felt.

Hey XOXO, I found and read the information from the same website. I did a liver flush a long time ago and cant remember if I really passed any stones. I ended up buying the two tinctures Chinese Bitters and GCG and currently on Chinese BItters. Hopefully these will help pass out more stones- I will let u know how everything works out.

Apparently what's highest just before menstruation is FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone). Estrogens are peaking before ovulation (~14 days after menstruation's 1st day).

So maybe FSH is the reason for all this? Both men & women have it:

O man...I just hope we're on the right track!! About the oil pulling, I dont know what I did wrong...but I did oil pulling with sesame oil...and I think it worsened my bb

I actually did go to that site ( curezone...) and got all the info...but def. aggravated the situation...O man...just what I needed!

Hiya!!

Is post nasal drip your main problem?
Try to use a different oil, eg. sunflower.
And do a nasal wash after OPulling..

I'm guessing, OPulling dislodge PND and if you let PND sit on the tongue/throat area it will magnify the problem. Do you feel the need to clear your throat after OPulling? Also, u might want to drink lemon water after brushing.

Not an expert but hopefully this works out for u.

The steps are:
1) Oil Pulling/Rinse with salt water/Brush
2) Nasal Wash
3) Lemon water (1 fresh lemon+warm water)

yes, i did. it was not sucessful.. i vomited after ingesting coconut oil w/ grapefruit juice. a big mistake to replace olive oil. i have no problems with it in the past.

i passed some green stuff (bile?), brown junk.. and 1 bright green stone..

drink some apple juice piror to the flush.. i think it did help me.

please post your results..?
