BB Attack

Post by sweets07 »

I was just wondering who here makes any adjustments in how they talk or interact with people? Do you just talk to people normally like your breath doesn't smell or do you protect people by not letting you breath project as you talk?

I just find people who talk normal and have bb to be very brave. I can't do it because I want to have friends and people to talk to. If I projected my breath when I spoke, I feel like people wouldn't come near me.

I try to keep my mouth half closed and not project it, but I don't think it makes any difference. The stuff I breath must be extremely strong. I just try to turn my head away when talking... pretend I see something over there--->

If you keep your mouth half closed you'll probably end up saying the same thing more than once, because they can't understand what you are sayin. I think it's better to just speak clearly. Oh yea I use the "pretend I see something over there" trick too, but not too often. If you use this trick more than twice, you'll be considered crazy.

Yea, I gave up that stuff too a couple of months ago and until recently i had some junk food such as chocolate bars and pizza with meals and in between meals and I can say that just two days of eating those foods again that my BB became much worse. This made me realize that maybe my BB was becoming better very subtly with a more alkaline/ anti-sugar diet. Maybe a healthy candida diet can work over time- its just so hard because you are hoping so desperately for this condition to finally subside and for it to happen quickly. It's not too bad of a diet because I like to cook and enjoy cooking new meals. Right now I'm concentrating more on the liver as it is the hardest working organ in the digestive stystem and my body may not even be able to enjoy the full benefits of the healthy diet because my liver may be unable to digest it properly.
Im not sure how much the colon may be involved but I can say that I did 3 colonix treatments and I got A LOT OUT but didnt even feel different and of course didnt remedy my BB at all.

If your breath is at it's best, it's still very bad right? I get the idea that no matter what I do, my breath is always bad. I can eat, not eat, diet, brush 10 times a day, not sleep, ... nothin seems to really affect my breath. I think it can only get worse, not better. Unless of course yo start from the worst situation than of course it can get better, but still not even close to good.

Man I wonder what it's like to not have to worry about your breath.
