My recommendations is to try it for 2 months if it does not work just understand it is useless stuff.

I still have one botle at home, and havent tried it at all.
If it does not work, you will know because BB will return soon because the bacteria will become resistant.

But I think this could be the closest way to the cure. Too bad BLIS start ignoring us. Fuckers! I though they wanted to help, but I was wrong. I send them several emails and not get any answer from them.

Please ignore Jimi and other people. We all understand the frustration going through their minds. This stuff can make you more than paranoid over time.

I`ve been reading these threads and i am very interested. If this continius we will have a vast number of people trying this, tweaking their routine, and something good has to come out of it. The worst thing that can happen is that we actually rule out this product and in the same time learn more about BB.

I'm really sad that Jimi has caused Sweets to stop posting. I know that you're just trying to protect yourself and others from false hope, but what if these people aren't spammers and it's just that it's working for them.

I have to admit, I spend most of my time angry, depressed or humiliated, and this Blis product is a tiny speck of hope that I'm trying not to build up too much because I think it probably won't work, but if it's working for others we should support them and not be so aggressive that they leave the forum.

I'm willing to give this a go once, and I'd like to know what is the best way to use this stuff, and it seems like the only way to find that out is through other peoples experiences that they share here.

How is k12 working for you? Do you get the one from Katz? I am thinking of ordering on-line but it's not only too expensive, it also failed to work for me before (maybe made my bb worst). But I am thinking that maybe blis manufacture a special kind of k12 for Katz, if that is ever possible? Please update if it ever made slight improvement on your breath.

I'll start tomorrow morning. I'm almost done making my Kefir yogurt. I don't think it'll work, but I'm goingto give it another try. There could be a difference between the old lozenges and the newer powder K12. I know there is an ingredient in it that help feed the K12 strain. If I recall, this was added after I tried it the first time.

I did not suspect Sweets at all. I suspected other posters with 10 posts suddenly getting cured.

When somebody with 400 posts will say it is helping well then it is much easier to believe. And nobody from those people reports any imporvements.

Can anyone tell me if there is a difference between the Dr Katz Aktiv K12 and the Blis Bio Restore powder?

I've ordered the Blis powder from a New Zealand online pharmacy because it was alot cheaper, the only ingredient is S. salivarius. Are the ingredients different in the Aktiv K12? If it is, does it mean mine won't be as effective as the stuff everybody else is using?

Thank you! These people are a trip. I'm reading through this thread cracking up at these spammers. And I am saddened by the fact that some of these poor helpless people are buying it. The desperation will make you believe anything.

And to you people that are getting mad at Jimi and others for calling out the spammers, calm down and realize that we are trying to save you a buck. We've wasted so much money on products that do not work, and we are sick of these scamming companies getting rich off of our deperation to find a cure.

In my years and years of experience fighting this problem, I feel that a cure will NOT be in a bottle that's being pushed by a corporation. A natrual remedy in conjunction with a good diet is the way to go...we just have to find the right combination.

So people PLEASE stop sending your money to these greedy, scamming corporations.

Ya well I see it like with the Aktiv K12 i can at least return it and according to the people who have had success they have been reporting positive results within a few days so If it doesnt work ill return it.
Right now im on the candida diet as well so I'll have plan B to fall back on. Im at the end of the 3rd week, but I did cheat once at the end of the second week by eating pizza so technically maybe im still at the end of the 1st week again.

i don't the think the whole yogurt/dole orange/banana/pineapple regime worked for me. i switched my regime up from rinsing with the serum and k12 with water to sweets method and it did not work for me. the first few days i had really good breath, but after awhile my breath starting have a weird bitter smell to it. i went back to using the serum/k12+water and my breath went back to being close to odorless for 5 hours. i'm not saying that sweets method is wrong at all, but i don't think that it will work for everyone. i've been on the aktiv k12 regime for almost two weeks now and it has made my bb manageable, but not completely cured. i would just say try k12 and if u dont like it...return it! don't blame other ppl for being "spammers," b/c i think spammers would have more fun visiting other forums then continuously returning back to this one just to have ppl say shit. i don't know why people are arguing about how ppl who have had success with k12 are being PAID to say this stuff. if i was getting PAID i sure as hell wouldn't care whether or not you believed me!! plus who cares????? you can get your money BACK if it doesn't work. if you don't return back the aktiv k12 within 30 days then you're just hurting yourself. you're hurting yourself more by not trying something that other ppl have had success with then not trying it at all and bitching about other ppls successes...how is this a lose situation at all?

I'm on a candida diet too at the moment as I think my bb is worsened by having the fungus in my mouth and digestive tract. I didn't want to take the Blis with juice or yoghurt cos this will make my candida worse, so I was going to just try it with water like bleh suggested, but now I've seen a list of the ingredients I'm not sure whether anybody on a candida diet should try it because it's got maltodextrin in, which is a derivitive of sugar and will probably feed the yeast and bad bacteria in our mouths!!

I tried a candida diet before and couldn't understand why I was still very bloated and my tongue was still really coated. It was because I was using alot of artifical sweetener, the main ingredient was maltodextrin, it's v v bad news!! Also, anything that ends in 'ose' is a sugar (ie, fructose, glucose). And Blis contains trehalose, according to the ingredient list posted by thanatos.

I'm not sure I'm going to try Blis at all now if the stuff I've ordered contains all this sugary shit. Although, when I looked at the website I ordered from, the only ingredient it listed was S. salivarius.

Finally, I tested the ph of my mouth today, expecting it to be very alkaline and it turned out to be very acidic!! Does this mean I should be trying to increase the ph in my mouth making it closer to slight acidity by using stuff like baking soda, xylitol and eating alkaline food before I try to reintroduce S. salivarius?

Very acidic? What was the pH? Was it just after a meal? You should check it a few times, to make sure.
