This is a really good 'starter's guide' and effectively combines months of our theories and personal research.

Smart Idea Oneday!

Something I became obsessed with, and probably wasn't healthy for me, was trying to cut out food that a lot of people believe to be bad for your breath. Dairy, Eggs, meats.. etc..

I went months and months virtually eliminating these things from my diet, and I think it hurt me more than it helped me. Presently, I eat mostly whatever I want, and since I'm into weight training, I'm all about protein ;)

To my surprise, all this protein consumption doesn't seem to effect my breath much at all. I actually feel more positive about it since I started eating a more balanced diet.

Right now I'm currently toying with an anti-candida diet, but it's very difficult to sustain, so my efforts could be better, yet.

I also believe stress is a huge contributor to messing up your body.. It's difficult sometimes, but keep a smile in your head and think of how a content state of mind can be a healing tool.
Yep it makes no difference.

Yeh it still seems a little dull. I will add anything on as soon as someone comes up with something new.

This is what I do and it has given me MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT, PLEASE READ AND DON'T SHOOT ME DOWN IN FLAMES. YES I have read and adapted the Breath Report.

Right then here is what I do.

AM:

I suffer from Post Nasal Drip, I've rinse my nose and sinuses with a rinoflow machine and saline (google rinoflow). This clears the shit out of the nose.

My toothpaste mix is:

2 teaspoons of bicarbonate soda one salt mixed with 3% hydrogen perioxide. Mix to a paste. (I buy 3% hydrogen perioxide and you may need to dilute that slightly with water because it can feel quite harsh, also add peppermint essential oil to flavour the hydrogen peroxide).

I have a little plastic vessel with screwable lid (that I got from Breezcare!) and mix enough to clean the teeth six times.

The mouthwash is again two bicaronate and one teaspoon of table salt mixed with enough hydrogen peroxide so it is a liquid and give it a good stir. I add peppermint to hydrogen peroxide in the bottle so not to have to do it everytime.

The regime:

Rinoflow with saline up nostrils.

Gargle with mouthwash for at least 30 seconds.
Clean and floss teeth thoroughly. (Use hot water to clean tooth brush when cleaning).
Scrape tongue 12 times, again between scrapes rinse scraper with hot water.
Gargle with mouthwash again for at least 30 seconds.

My mouth, confidence, and bank account feel so much better, Breezecare is a total rip off in my opinion, it just doesn't work, and it far more complicated than my little simple regime and mine is so cheap. OK the rinoflow machine was about £100. but a great investment.

REMEMBER THERE IS NO CURE, YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO DO THIS EVEYDAY OF YOUR LIFE, YOU HAVE TO MANAGE THIS HORRIBLE AFFLIXATION. THIS IS WORKING FOR ME, AND I ONLY WISH TO HELP BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT THE DEATH BREATH IS LIKE AND WHAT IT DOES TO YOUR LIFE.

Jimi, do you have a comment my friend?

nice one buddy

I suggest to do a sinus flood, here are the instructions, I am using peroxide and it cleans the gunk out totally

The Sinus Flooding Procedure:

a. Lay on a bed face up with the head hanging over the edge of the mattress so the nostrils are pointing straight up toward the ceiling.

b. Use an eye dropper to fill each nostril with the rinse solution. Keep filling each nostril until the rinse solution starts to drip in the throat, indicating the sinus cavities are filled. Remain in the same position for 2 to 3 minutes.

c. Roll over on the stomach and let the head flop forward over the edge of the mattress. This allows the rinse solution to flow into the forward sinus cavities. Remain in that position for 2 to 3 minutes then sit up and let the rinse drain out through the nose.

d. Important: Repeat this procedure 45 minutes later. The two rinses 45 minutes apart constitute a single rinse session. Perform two or more such rinse sessions per day. Relief will typically be noticeable by the second day. It is not unusual for the sinus infection to be gone within three days.

e. Repeat two sessions per day until the infection subsides. Very persistent infections may require five to seven day or more.

I really suggest you feel them totally with solution, i use pure peroxide but that is probably to strong for some

I feel fresh in my throat for not, I did no tuse it on my tongue at all, so the reason for bad taste in throat must be in my sinuses

I am maybe to confident, this stuff might not work after few days

THANK YOU Oneday111. I rarely reply to posts but I'm always checking the website and your guide is brilliant since it summarizes all the important points and it means people like me don't have to look through loads of posts.

BB is ruining my life to the point where I'm feeling suicidal. I know i won't do it (s*****e that is) but it's so tempting just to end this affliction. Thanks for your post again and perhaps tomorrow I may have the strength to try some of the tips in your beginners guide.
