its been sometime since i came online due to my busy schdule and i didn't want to think about the bb problem although the fact is that it is a daily burden i go through everyday.
i'd like to share my experience with you guys. these past few months i've had "good days". those days where i'm able to conceal this distressing problem that i'm sure is not just a huge source of embarrassment but also a humiliation to all of us.
i realise that apart from religiously following the dental routine such as brushing, flossing, rinsing etc, one very important trick is to clean the back of your gums...that is, the area where most people will have their wisdom tooth growing. usually i'll dab my forefinger with some toothpaste and stick it in my mouth, rubbing the gum area where bacteria tends to reside in. also, the flossing part has to be done twice or even thrice to ensure that no part is missed...even one tiny piece of meat stuck could cause a stench.
another trick is to rub some ointment on your neck and below your nose as the scent of it may help to mask the bb to a certain extent.
drink lots of water, slosh water in your mouth every hour to keep it moist. less meat, pile on the veggies and i'm sure you guys know the rest of it. more importantly, don't give up on yourselves. remember we're all trying, we're all in it together. the key to it is to forget the bb and lead each day anew.
