Jess and Vickster, I'm so pleased this is working for you! Would you say your bb has gone completely yet?

I've ordered my mms and it's due to arrive tomorrow, I'm really looking forward to trying it, but not getting my hopes up too much as I have done in the past about stuff that didn't work for me.

Could you tell me how too make up the mms to use as a mouthwash, do you brush your tongue, teeth etc with it or do you just rinse?

I'll let people know how it's working for me after a few days. ;)

Jess,

When you use the mms as a mouthrinse do you add water too or just the citric acid?

Thanks.

No my bb has not completely gone yet. But I'm still happy with the results so far.
For the mouthrinse, I use 4 to 6 drops of mms, activate it with the citric acid, wait 3 minutes, add a little bit of water, swish it around my mouth for about 3 minutes, then I either spit it out or I swallow it.

Hey Jess

I'm new to the site. I was just researching cures for bad breath and I ran across your original post of your mms post.

I'm really glad it is helping you.

I've read everything you've posted in this threat and I can relate to you a lot.

Recently I went to my dentist and finally told him about my bb problems and he pretty much shot me down saying there can't be anything done and to just 'cover it up.'

I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to buy those 'cover up' solutions like therafresh and profresh because I know my bb isn't from my mouth. No matter how much I brush and floss my teeth, no matter what kind of toothpastes, tooth brushes, and rinses I try, the bb comes right back within 3-5 minutes.

Reading your posts, I'm 'inspired' to try this mms stuff. I really hope it works, or even helps a little. I'm tired of staying away from people and wasting money on gum just to cover it gahhhhhhhhhhh

Hey Jess, Girlie Girl and Vickster,

How are you all doing on the MMS? I started taking it on Friday, I'm only up to 6 drops so far, but I noticed a difference in my breath almost straight away, even after just one day!

I was REALLY cynical about this product, especially as it claims it can cure AIDs, cancer, etc, but so far it does seem to be working. I don't want to say how great it is in case after 2 weeks it just stops working and I'm back to square one, but I do think it's helping alot. I've yet to test it on anyone face to face, but I've noticed that shop assistants aren't taking a step back from me when I speak, this might not mean anything though!!

I haven't had any of the side effects yet, but as I said, I'm only up to 6 drops. How are you all finding the nausea? Still no bad effects on your gums or teeth? The only problem I'm having with it so far is bad heartburn, probably from the citric acid, I'm taking bicarb for this, but I was wondering if this will effect how the mms is working as I expect this stops the sodium chlorite and acid reaction. Is anyone else having this side effect? :?:

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks to Jess for posting about this in the first place. :D And lets keep each other updated about how it going!

MMS

Post by mizz123 »

Yes, please do because I am considering getting some of it. Does it still work after you eat or drink something. That is my problem, as soon as I try to do anything especially alcohol. Please please keep us posted. I am willing to try anything. How long does a bottle last? Do you swallow it?

Hey Mizz,

I'm finding that my breath is ok, even after eating things that would normally give me horrible breath (like cheese, ice cream, etc). The food taste/smell still hangs about for a bit (probably as it does for people who don't have bb), but it seems to mostly go after sipping water.

My bottle of MMS will probably last a few months and it was only £20. I think if you live in the US, you can probably get it cheaper and it will last longer.

I'd definately say, give it a go, it's fairly cheap and you've nothing to lose. :D

Snobuni,
That's so terrific this seems to be working for you! Keep your fingers crossed. Maybe I should give it a try just to see. Its certainly cheap enough. The cancer/aids claims just seem so far out there for me but who knows.
:-k
Hmmm What the heck! Do you happen to have the link or website you purchased from? thanks snobuni for your response.

Update on MMs

Post by VICKSTER »

Hey Guy's,
I had a tough MMS weekend. On Saturday I went up to 12 drops and proceeded to upchuck my breakfast. Felt a little strange all day. On Sunday went back down to 10 drops and there seemed to be a war going on in my stomach, all day . Also I drank 6 bottles of water. My breath was not good during this time. I had some people back off. I feel better now but it was a tough go today. I see why people give up on this stuff. But Iam gonna order the stuff Jess suggested and see what happens. Maybe it is a die off ???

Oh god vickster, that sounds awful, I'm dreading getting to that stage! Did you take it on an empty stomach? It's supposed to make you feel less naseous if you take it after eating isn't it? How often do you take it twice a day or three times? Do you increase the number of drops every time? On the plus side, it's supposed to be a sign that it's working. :? Do you think travel sickness tablets, taken a few hours before taking the mms would prevent the nausea?

I've not had a good day today. I usually drink the mms after breakfast and then brush my teeth with it and that seems to be good for most of the day. Today though, I had a really early start and had to skip breakfast, I didn't want to take it on an empty stomach, so I just brushed and rinsed with it and I'm going to take the drops after lunch. It still improved my breath, but after eating I had a bit of a bad taste (admittedly, I had a v unhealthy breakfast, fruit loaf and tea with milk!) I'm hoping that it will improve again after taking the drops (and maybe I still need to watch my diet too!) It is definately doing something good though, cos my morning breath isn't even close to what it used to be!

BTW, have other people stopped using antibacterial products? I currently use hp, dentyl ph and biotene toothpaste before brushing with mms. I was just wondering, if the mms kills only the bad bacteria, should we not be using antibacterials that kill all bacteria, good and bad, and give our good bacteria (if we have any!) a chance to grow?

Bloorain, the website I bought my mms from stopped selling it a few days ago!! But I looked at another link that someone on this thread posted, so I think I'm going to try getting it from them instead, it was: http://www.mmsmiracle.com/mkbsfo

Jess and Girlie Girl how are you doing? Is it still working? Is it making you sick too?

Stick with it everyone!! :D

Still Waiting

Post by girlie girl »

Hey guys,

Had some trouble posting, but finally got it figured out. I have not received my MMS yet! I am very anxious to see how this works. I ordered from...

http://www.mmsmiracle.com/mkbsfo
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Item Total:
$19.99 USD
Shipping:
$2.95 USD
Handling:
$1.50 USD
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total Amount:
-$24.44 USD

I wouldn't recommend this site. It's taking a while to receive the MMS.

I wish we had more people try MMS to see what kind of results we would have. Has anyone noticed a "Chlorine" smell to themselves or breath? I read somewhere that a guys said he could smell the chlorine smell on himself. I hope this works for us!

I fogot to post that I am going to take my MMS with probiotics and K12. I figure if it kills the unhealthy bacteria then the probiotics & K-12 will help colonize my mouth and body with the good bacteria. I feel it can only help. I really believe we may be onto something here. Let's keep going, this may be the right way.

Hey Girlie Girl,

I've got a few Blis throat guards left, so I'm going to try this along with probiotics too. Are you still going to use antibacterial toothpaste and mouthwash?

I noticed today a slight chlorine smell, not on my breath, I just got a quick wiff of it for a second when I lent forward (I usually smell mouthballs, so chlorine is an improvement!)

Keep us updated on how it's working for you when you eventually get it! :D
