My God, that's harsh. Did she give any kind of emotional support or did she just treat it as a cosmetic issue?
My mother is one of those ppl that NEVER has bb. I've never ONCE smelled it on her in my life. So she doesn't even understand the concept. She treated it as a cosmetic issue. And she acknkowledged my dad had bb. They've been divorced for forever, but it wasn't because of the bb.

i reckon its down to the individual and their partner

obviously if u stay on your own and shy away from relationships and your waiting for "the day" when you can take your life off hold and start living then its probable that you wont have kids given that u wont enter into a relationship

however if your just crazy and dont give a damn about people smellin the stank then u could find someone who doesnt care and have children and be happy together

do i think ill have kids? im 25 now i dont think id want kids after 40 so theres still a few years left in me but at the moment as i keep away from members of the public then i dont see it happening,im just waiting for the day when the bb is at an "acceptable" level then ill go out and make up for the years of no sex :P

que sera sera or however its spelled

whatever will be will be the futures not ours to see

It's weird how a lot of people here seem to be in their 20's.

Or isn't that the case?

I'm 23 myself.

:-k

Btw I've never talked to my mother aboutBB, although I've had it pretty much all my life...but come to think of it, she has a damaged tongue, like it has been scraped to way too often, I've never asked her about it, but she has no bad breath (anymore?),

Also I'm allergic to penicilin and it was given to me as a child
anyone know something about that?

I don't think BB is genetic at all. Neither of my parents have ever had BB problems (as far as I know).

Perhaps people who are saying "it runs in the family" are mistaken. Perhaps it is just some other problem and BB is an off shoot.

As for having kids or not... Well I'm too young for children, both mentally and age wise. I have missed out on so many of life's most basic experiences that I think if I had a child my negative attitude would be a bad influence on them. Parents need to be there for their children and teach them about life. How could I do that if I couldn't even sit down and have a proper meal or conversation with them? Just not possible.

If things get really desperate (in the future) I may just resort to Genghis Khan tactics (with their consent of course) :P

So if any hot chicks on here are up for some GK lovin' let me know :P

Lots of people here in 20s could just be because we are more techno savvy and use the internet more. Who knows, but is a good amount of older people too.

Also BB is not genetic, being more subsceptible is.
