For those who still have tonsils.
-Boil about a glass of milk, remember dont fill up to rim as milk expands.
- Pour it into a another glass and keep repeating this process, cools it down abit.
- Put a tablespoon of honey in, (this is optional but i prefer doing this as honeys tastes lovely and has some benefits)
-Mix,
-then put a pinch of turmeric Powder and pepper powder.
-Mix again

- and enjoy..
Remember this is not a cure! I reccommend this to those who dont even have tonsils. I find it soothes my throat and has minor improvements on BB.
