LOL elliott. Well, i'll admit that one reason I stopped drinking was because of worries about Candida recurrence, but another reason is I'm just really health conscious now, from exercising to diet. The air pollution is so bad here in Bangkok, that I don't want to further the destruction of my body with alcohol....elliott wrote:Everytime I read this from a BB sufferer, it makes me want to start up drinking again.
There were a lot of questions of what you can and cannot eat on the candida, the webside www.wholeapproach.com has a great list of foods you can eat and foods you should avoid. Check it out.

Great website link. Thanks.

I don't really follow any specific Candida diet. There are a lot of websites out there that have conflicting information on what you can and cannot eat. Plus most Candida diets are way too strict. There does seem to be some agreement though on certain foods to avoid, such as yeast, mushrooms, alcohol, etc....
I feel good with what I eat now. Try and find what foods work for you.

Cheers
