Hi Guys,

How many of you guys here do not eat white rice or any of the food that is made out of rice and still have BB? Also wheat and wheat products. Put them as individual answers.

Put it like this please. Just an example....

Rice - No
Wheat - yes

Please let me know.

With few others in this forum, I am in touch with a group of Chinese doctors who are doing their research in BB. They are not producing any products or selling book materials. They are just research scholars. They asked us this question and that is why I am asking you all about this.

White Rice - no
Brown Rice - yes

Wheat - extremely rarely.
