in my quest to build up my immune system, and thus have my immune system become good soldiers and fight the good fight and beat the mess outta those nasty super-bacteria that are wreaking havoc in a place they are not welcome, i am taking these capsules called fermented skate liver oil from Green Pasture's.

Amybody ever heard of this?
