Bloody snot during nasal cleanse. Infection?

Does anyone have bloody snot while doing a nasal cleanse? I have a lot!
I'm just wondering if this means infection?
Infected PND is dripping down my throat and back of my tongue I have a feeling. Oh the smell that comes from that area!!!!

If you have blood driping down your throat, no wonder the smell comes from there. You need to see an ENT to figure out why you're sinus is bleeding.

anyone else here cleansing the nasal passage have bloody (not just pure blood) snot, mucus come out?
I am using 1 cup warm water, pinch of baking soda and teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide in neti pot.
