I discover this site this year and i have only posted once. I read through the old post and i am always with my computer to read some advise and suggesstion. BB has really mess up my life. infact i could not go back to college for the fall semester. BB makes me have a lot of enemies. Luckliy for me i got married before my BB started, but my spouse insist it is not too bad.(well what will he say).I have tried all product mentioned on this site even the ones not listed.. i can not even open my mouth in front of any cashier.Anyway this is what i tried for the past two weeks. firstly i want to thank all that have contributed to this site because most of the information is got from this site.
i changed my toothpaste to a gel paste
i bought vit. c and vit b12 and use it thrice a day
i use acidophillus thrice daily
i use EP thrice daily
i use 1 tsp of manuka honey in warm water q.i.d
i use 1 Tbs of tahitian noni q.i.d
i stop eating red meat
some people may say maybe her BB is not chronic. but if there is anything more than chronic BB, that is what i use to have.
the service guy that came to install my range, stood like 2 feet from me and i spoke to him with no reation.i intentionally talk more with no reaction. i went to different store and no reaction from cashier.this never happen for the past decade.infact i was normally dismiss during interview.
