What did you get inside the package

It took long because i had to wait for the last person to give me adress info for over 1 month. Blis send it right away so there was no delay from Blis but from one of the receivers

It`s a two part rinse that you use every 7th day & a gum to chew every day. After 1 days usage I haven`t noticed much difference, but I`ll keep at it.

what do you mean by you dont notice a difference?
